Antonio Alberto (Sr) Moniz
1952-2022

Unexpectedly but peacefully Antonio Moniz passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Health Science Centre Hospital.

He is survived by his sisters; Aida (Manuel), Zazina (Joe), Enesh ( Miguel), and Brothers; Richardo, John, Zamanuel, and Octavio. He is also survived by Erminia (Lucy), Desmond (son), Antonio Jr. (son), Matteo (grandson) Layla (granddaughter), and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Manuel and Maria.

Antonio was born in San Miguel, Azores, Portugal on April 24, 1952, he came to Canada in 1977. He worked construction and for 22 years at Club Regent, he loved fishing and playing poker. Antonio enjoyed time with family and friends.

Pallbearers are Desmond, Antonio (jr), Jestina, Marco, Mario, and Imanuel.

A Funeral mass will take place at 2.00 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Immaculate Conception Parish,
