Obituary for Charles Richard James Harvey

It is with a heavy heart and great sorrow that I announce the tragic passing of Charles Harvey on the 9th of April 2021 at the young age of 30. Charles was a loving soul with eyes so blue you were able to see his true beautiful spirit through them. He was loving, forgiving, kind, and would help others without question when he could.

Charles had his share of pain and sadness in his life but would be there for anyone that needed it as he had an unselfish soul. Inside he was a true survivor, taking on whatever. He was polite, funny, and pretty goofy at times, always trying to make any situation more fun. His family and friends will always cherish those memories.

Charles had been changing his life around for the better, he was excited to get back to work. He loved his job as an iron worker and was truly a dedicated, hard-working person when it came to it.
Charles is survived by his mother, Lorie Harvey; stepfather Ken Wilkinson; grandparents Alois and Russell Syrota; brothers Kelsey Harvey and Kenneth Wilkinson; sister Aulaura Wilkinson, and aunts, uncles, cousins and many great friends.

My heart will be forever broken, and life will never be the same. The tragic loss of your beautiful life will forever burn in our hearts. You will be home soon to be with your family, in a place of love and peace. No words can express the heartache I feel with your passing.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations would be made in Charles’ honour to the Additions Foundation, Salvation Army, or the Homeless Shelters so that others may have a second chance at life.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre with viewing prior to the service.
