His kindness wrapped around
Holding you secure
The calmness was quiet
But loud in the peace it would bring

His honour like a shield
He wore despite protest
It guarded not only him
But those he held dear

His love like a warm breeze
Caressed you near or far
It remains though his light is gone
For it is the gift etched within our hearts

Forever loved by his wife Joanna, daughter
Ramona, grandson Noah and beloved dog Blue
