Harold passed away peacefully at Grace Hospital. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Elaine and sister Ruth (Heinz), Sister-in-Law Rosemarie (Joe) and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his Mother, Edith and Father Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Schallmann and brother Degen and Joe.
Harry was a History buff and loved to spend time watching Documentaries on YouTube
Another favorite pastime was attending the Car Shows at the Pony Coral on most Sundays -weather permitting.
Harry was a very kind and loving person and husband. He was very outgoing and loved to talk with people from all walks of life and often made them laugh.
O God of grace and mercy, I thank You for Your loving kindness shown to all Your servants, who having finished their course in faith, now rest from their labors. Grant me grace to say with a believing heart, "Thy will be done," and know that Your will, though often hidden, is good and gracious. Strengthen me through Your Word and Sacraments for that day when You will call me to Yourself, that I may also be faithful unto death, joyfully receive the crown of eternal life and join the whole company of heaven to live with You forever. Amen
