Obituary for Jeffrey Leonard Modjeski
Suddenly on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at HSC, Jeff Modjeski at age 62 passed away.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife Siobhan and Daughter Neesha. Also survived by three brothers and three sisters; sister in-laws, brother in-laws; Nieces and nephews And cousins; Friends Rick and Steven and many more.
Cremation has taken place and a funeral will be held at a later date.
We would like to Thank Dr. Richard Liu and the nursing staff at the SICU, for the loving care that was given to Jeff.
