Obituary for Mari Louise Clarke
It is with deep sorrow that we announce Mari’s sudden passing, on April 26th. Mari passed away peacefully at home, leaving to grieve her mother Mary, brother Mark (Cathy Senecal), sisters Theresa (Peter Williams) and Pamela (James Buchok) and nieces and nephews Jennifer, Matthew, Beth, Sacha and James. Mari will also be missed by many dear longtime friends. Mari’s cherished father, Peter, predeceased her (2015).
Mari had a special way of making everyone feel comfortable and special. Intelligent, funny, compassionate, patient and kind, Mari enhanced the lives of the residents of the Tuxedo Villa Personal Care Home for many years as a Recreational Activities Aide.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, to be determined, when Mari’s family and friends can gather to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mari can be made to the Salvation Army ‘s “Neighbours Helping Neighbours Program” (324 Logan Avenue, Winnipeg, R3A 0L5) or a charity of your choice.
