Peacefully on December 24th 2022, at the HSC in Winnipeg Manitoba, brother, son and friend, Murray Hertlein passed away at the age of 44.

He is survived by his father Rodney and brothers Scott and twin brother Michael. He was predeceased by his mother Donna .

Murray was born March 11th 1978 and lived in Winnipeg for most of his life. Murray always worked hard at whatever it was he was doing and had plans for the future. He always made the best of whatever hand he was dealt. He was a big guy, but was a shy teddy bear. I can't believe my baby brother is really gone. We have lost someone very special far too soon.

You gave no one a last farewell,

You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.
A million times we will miss you,
A million times we will cry,

If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still,
In our hearts you hold a place

It broke our hearts to lose you,
