Obituary for Ruth Brown (Spearing)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ruth Brown, nee Spearing, at the age of 91, at the Saul & Claribel Simkin Center in Winnipeg, on June 9th, 2021.
Cremation has taken place and, due to COVID regulations, only a small interment service will be held for immediate family at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre.
A larger memorial service will be held at a future date when it is safe to do so.
We would also like to thank the wonderful staff at the Simkin Center, S2 North, for the exceptional care they’ve provided Ruth with for the last nine months during these difficult times.
In lieu of flowers, if anyone so desires, Ruth would have appreciated a donation to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or any charity of your choice.
